 What kind of tours do you offer?
Trademark Tour’s official tour of the Freedom Trail is an hour-long, scripted tour of Boston’s Freedom Trail from the Boston Common to Quincy Market. The tour is led by costumed guides and is funny, entertaining and educational! We offer both Public and Private Tours.
 What is the length of the tour?
Our standard tour of the Freedom Trail lasts 60 minutes. Private Tours can be customized to be longer or shorter.
 What are the tour themes?
Our tour covers four main themes: Colonial and Revolutionary Boston; Boston’s Forbidden Lore; Old Boston vs. New Boston; and the Big Picture.
 How do I book?

 What are the costs?

 When are the tours available?
Private Group Tours are available all year long at a date and time that meets your needs.
 Where do the tours start?
Our private group tours typically start on the Boston Common outside the Park Street Subway Station. This starting location can be customized to fit the needs of our clients.
 Would my student groups enjoy this tour?
Our tours are funny and interesting to students. Trademark Tours serves thousands of student visitors to Boston each year.
 Would my corporate groups enjoy this tour?
Yes, we tailor or tours and tour packages to entertain and educate corporate groups from around the world.
 Would my international groups enjoy this tour?
Yes, we are the foremost provider of foreign language tours in Boston.
 Do you offer meal services?
Yes, we partner with dozens of Boston restauraunts.
 Do you offer museum/attraction packages?
Yes, we offer tour packages including Boston and Cambridge Museums and attractions. These packages can all be found online!
 Who gives the tours?
Our tours are given by youthful, entertaining costumed guides. Our tour guides are actors or alumni from Emerson University.
 Do you offer transportation?
We can offer a variety of transportation services for small, medium and large sized groups.
 Do we go inside buildings?
For an additional fee, Private Group Tours can go inside buildings such as Old South Meeting House and the Custom House.
 How does my group get to you?
Unless arranged otherwise, we meet your group at the Park Street Subway Station, 130 Tremont Street, Boston MA 02108.
 Is there parking?
There is limited parking at the Boston Common. Our customer service team can help you determine the best place for your tour buses.
 How are you affiliated with Boston?
Trademark Tours, is a proud member of the Greater Boston Visitors and Convention Bureau and the Greater Boston Concierge Association. We’ve been touring visitors in Boston since 2006.
 Is the tour offered in multiple languages?
Yes! We offer tours in a dozen languages including Mandarin, Spanish, French, German and Italian. If you are interested in booking a tour in a foreign language please call us at 617.674.7788.
 Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations for Private Group Tours are required. You can make them easily online.
 What is the cancellation policy?
We require at $150 non-refundable deposit for group tours. Tours must be cancelled with one week notice to waive any additional costs.
 How can I pay for the tour?
We accept payment by major credit cards including American Express or by check.
 Have your tours been reviewed?
Trademark Tours has received praise in numerous national media outlets including The New York Times, National Public Radio, Forbes.com, NBC Radio, and the Boston Globe.
 What enhancement options do you offer?
We offer multiple tour enhancements including museums, Duck Tours, trolley tours, museums, workshops and restaurants.
 How far in advance will you take reservations?
We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Most reservations are made a few months in advance but we do accept reservations with as little as 48-hours notice.
 Do you have other tours?
In addition to our tours of the Freedom Trail we conduct tours of Harvard University, MIT and City Wine Tours – wine-tasting tours in Boston.
